The Talent Acquisition Partner will play an important role in establishing and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience, contributing to the larger goal of making Syniti a great place to work. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in the hiring process while building a strong bench of talent that fuels revenue growth.

The role involves building long-term talent pipelines, advising on sourcing strategy and employer branding, and shaping the business unit’s talent attraction strategy.

Talent Acquisition & Strategy

Leverage best-in-class recruitment strategies to find and attract top talent in the market.

Use structured competency matrices to ensure consistency in candidate evaluation across interview stages.

Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from sourcing and initial phone screen to offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate journey.

Leverage internal networks and partnerships across the business to drive employee referrals, strengthening our talent pipeline and employer brand.

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness in aligning hiring priorities to evolving business needs while balancing speed and quality.

Act as a trusted talent advisor to managers, creating transparency in the process and setting clear expectations to strengthen Syniti’s employer brand.

Candidate & Employer Branding

Build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Promote Syniti on social media and networking platforms; actively participate in recruitment events (virtual and in-person).

Use data and insights to drive efficiencies in the hiring process as well as provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.

Maintain accurate candidate data in systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and produce timely reporting.

General Responsibilities

Assist in writing and editing job descriptions and postings.

Serve as liaison to HR in the onboarding process.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion as a member of the HR team.

Assist with other projects as needed.

Demonstrated ability to influence and build consultative relationships with senior business leaders.

~ Experience with workforce planning and data-driven recruiting strategies.

~ Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.

~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
