What You´ll Do
- Controls and supports the performance of day-to-day GBS process operations
- Maintains hands-on knowledge of all processes performed
- Assists team members in resolving any related process issues, and provides support during critical working days
- Administrative tasks related to facilities PO creation and invoice tracking
- Sustains close collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives within his / her responsibilities
