OverviewAs a Transaction Execution Manager in our Credit Product Delivery team you will provide expertise in the negotiation and review of facility documentation and end-to-end transaction execution management for credit facilities.
You will partner closely with JPMorgan's Coverage teams, as well as internal / external legal counsel and facility agents.ResponsibilitiesDeliver best-in-class documentation negotiation management and transaction execution of credit facilities and ancillary documentation focused on the Latin American marketReview and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across corporate lending categories, with a focus on Investment Grade and Non-Investment Grade syndicated and bilateral facilitiesLiaising with internal / external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentationDraw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and / or Debt Capital Markets, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolutionManage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiationsMaintain oversight of the deal closing processDrive Global Banking Client & Deal Support (GB CDS) wider projects and initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum 8 years of experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination of credit facilities with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of loan documentation, LSTA standard and auxiliary documentationStrong understanding of lending products and agreements including, but not limited to leveraged finance, acquisition finance and working capital financeSolid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processesDecision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolutionExcellent coordination skills and a strong control mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externallyGood organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skillsLanguage skills : Fluent in English and Spanish; with advanced proficiency in PortuguesePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsLegal background an advantageJ.P.
