Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site afternoon role for a Dean of Discipline located in Torreón, COA.

The Dean of Discipline will be responsible for maintaining school order by managing disciplinary policies and procedures.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring student behavior, administering disciplinary actions, developing behavior improvement programs, and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive school environment.

Additionally, the Dean will lead initiatives to foster social responsibility and mutual respect among students.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of disciplinary policies and procedures in an educational setting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff

Leadership skills with experience in developing behavior improvement programs and initiatives

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and bilingual environment

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous

Diligent, patient, and empathetic nature
