The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in ensuring talent delivery by leading a team of recruiters through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle. This includes mentoring, coaching, and capability growth of direct reports.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources; Master's degree preferred.6+ years relevant experience in full lifecycle recruitment, from job opening to offer stages.Strong ability to assess and qualify candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate assessments, and other effective tools.3+ years of experience with successful direct sourcing and creative candidate generation abilities, as well as recruiting strategy development.Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.US hiring experience in a managerial role is required.Healthcare experience is preferred.What we offer :
