Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Supervisor to lead our internal talent processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requisitions, monitoring career path data, auditing compliance, and coordinating initiatives that strengthen employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assign and manage job openings using company tools to ensure timely fulfillment of internal vacancies.
- Monitor and update information in talent management systems to support career planning and strategic workforce planning.
- Audit compliance with established processes and candidate requirements to ensure accurate internal coverage and minimize recruitment risks.
- Lead and oversee the responsibilities of your team to meet business requirements and drive organizational success.
- Coordinate and implement career plan strategies to achieve department goals and improve overall employee engagement.
- Provide regular reports on processes and internal postings to contribute to organizational growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (completed).Experience : Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Talent Management with proven leadership experience (BPO industry background is an advantage).Language : Advanced English skills (B2 level).Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to drive business results.What We Offer :
