Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team managing procurement, production planning, distribution logistics, and financial reporting.

Ensure growth initiatives by developing and implementing pricing strategies, cost reduction strategies and margin optimizations, aligned with the business objectives and market positioning.

Coordinate raw material sourcing, production planning, and logistics to ensure service level targets are met.

By managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers and co-packers.

Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, expense tracking, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.

Provide commercial and marketing teams with actionable insights from data analysis through sales and financial reports.

Ensure product specifications and standards are met.

By collaborating with R&D on product development, trial evaluations, co-packer development and quality control of final products and raw materials.
