Enterprise Account Manager Job Description
The Enterprise Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by fostering long-term business relationships with customers.
- Achieve quarterly and annual set targets from large enterprises outside the specified territory;
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to create a qualified pipeline and drive revenue;
- Develop contacts into leads and work through the entire sales cycle;
- Articulate the value of specialized services to higher levels within customer organizations;
- Identify, develop, and articulate a compelling value proposition to prospective large enterprise clients;
- Position Kaspersky Lab's offerings to large enterprises;
- Supply proposals and product information to prospects;
- Funnel reporting and updates using Salesforce;
- Collaborate with Partner Account managers to ensure deal closure and full sales cycle support by appropriate resellers or system integrators;
- Drive the entire sales cycle for customer acquisition independently;
- Stay updated with competitive landscapes and the latest trends in the security market;
- Act as a trusted consultant for enterprise clients, ensuring preferred choice of products & services;
- Presentation of Kaspersky portfolio at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
Requirements :
Higher education;5+ years direct account management experience in IT Sales, handling large accounts;Strong, documented track record of achievement against quota;New business hunter with a winning mentality, proactive and result-driven;Excellent communication and presentation skills;Highly developed social skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels;Target-driven and result-focused;Good time management skills;Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communications skills in interacting with people at all levels;Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and meet deadlines;English : intermediate level or aboveThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
