System Engineer - Battery Management System

SYSTEM ENGINEER - BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Location : Tlaquepaque, Mexico

YOUR TASKS

Analyze requirements from customers and internal sources.

Coordinate and manage functional, non-functional, and safety requirements.

Create and maintain the information model for the System Specification.

Design the system architecture.

Clarify requirements internally or with customers.

Design systems in accordance with the Automotive SPICE process.

Create technical system architecture and system decomposition.

Coordinate system specifications with cross-functional teams for each domain.

Address faults identified by customers or internally and define next steps.

Create the Technical Concept and prepare quotations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.

At least 3 years of professional experience in System Development, System Analysis, System Architecture, or System Testing.

Experience in product development and embedded systems.

Background in system engineering or software / testing / mechatronics.

Strategically focused, impact-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.

Proactive and self-driven, results-oriented with a growth mindset and strong dedication.

Advanced English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with engineering management tools such as DOORS Next Generation.

Knowledge of product safety is highly desirable.

Customer interface experience is essential.

Experience with configuration and change management is required.
