LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER

Leading Logistics Services Company

Requirements :

Law degree| 8+ years in Labor Relations (logistics preferred) |

Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

Collective bargaining and salary review negotiations.

Compliance with labor legislation and applicable standards (NOMs).

Prevention and resolution of labor disputes.

Representation before labor authorities and coordination of audits.

Promotion of well-being programs and improvement of workplace climate.

Ideal Profile :

Bachelors degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

8+ years of experience in Labor Relations, preferably in logistics or transportation.

Proven experience in union negotiations and managing a large operational workforce.

Deep knowledge of LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and NOM-035 compliance.

Advanced English proficiency REQUIRED.
