Descripción del trabajoA Bachelor's degree in Business Industrial Engineering Marketing Logistics or a related field is required. 2-3 years of experience in sales support commercial operations or customer service is necessary. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables basic formulas data filters) is expected. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential. Effective communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail are required. A proactive and customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills is necessary. An intermediate to Advanced English level able to participate in meetings and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form is required.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Support Specialist.
- Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team in managing business opportunities and following up with clients.
- The ideal candidate will perform administrative tasks such as preparing proposals quotes and contracts.
- They will also coordinate meetings and schedules including preparing materials and following up after meetings.
- Additionally, they will manage client-related documentation and assist the sales team in document organization.
- Supporting the sales team by providing data analysis to facilitate decision-making is also an essential aspect of this role.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication across sales marketing operations and customer service teams.
- Furthermore, they will support in resolving any issues or questions that may arise during the sales process.
