Android Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced Android Leader to join our team and drive the development of innovative, high-impact mobile experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping our Android applications, leading projects end-to-end, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class user experiences that scale to millions of users.

Drive complex Android projects covering core user experiences such as homepage, sales, category, authentication, and landing flows.

Architect & Innovate : Design and implement new features, while maintaining, refactoring, and improving performance and automation across our mobile applications.

Champion Quality : Promote test coverage, reliability, and robust engineering practices as key pillars of the development process.

Work closely with UX, QA, product, analytics, and back-end / API teams to ensure cohesive and impactful solutions.

Partner with iOS and full-stack engineers to ensure architectural consistency and maintain high-quality standards across platforms.

Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvements and impactful user-focused changes.

Experience : 5+ years of professional Android development, with published apps in the market.

Strong command of Android fundamentals, debugging, performance optimization, and memory management.

Clean Code Advocate : Passion for writing testable, maintainable, and well-structured code.

UI / UX Knowledge : Solid understanding of Material Design principles and Android UI best practices.

Experience with Jetpack Compose and GraphQL

Exposure to Ruby or similar scripting languages

Background in iOS or Full-Stack development
