We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Internal Control team in Mexico & IGBS. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal policies, risk mitigation, and process improvement while contributing to a global organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating, updating, and communicating internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to understand operations and identify control gaps.
• Communicate deficiencies to management and recommend improvements.
• Review and revise documentation to ensure policy consistency.
• Participate in discussions on proposed policy changes.
• Support remediation plans and audit follow-ups.
