The Quality Engineer is responsible for investigating and analyzing root causes of product failures. They work closely with various engineering functions (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, etc.) in a closed-loop, corrective-action process to improve product quality and reliability performance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate strategies with cross-functional groups to meet customer requirements across all quality areas, aligning with AE’s business needs.
- Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions based on customer complaints (internal and external).
- Define, design, develop, and implement SPC tools for assembly, manufacturing, and test fixtures.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for the transfer of new products and PPAP processes.
- Plan, organize, and manage activities related to receiving and outgoing quality functions.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.
- Review engineering change requests for customer approval requirements and submissions.
- Perform trend analysis weekly and monthly, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Define SPC parameters for manufacturing processes, monitor performance, and implement countermeasures.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Materials, and Support Areas to ensure robust processes using PPAP, SPC, and LEAN tools.

Preferably with experience in the electronics industry.Experience in the automotive industry and / or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Electronic Engineering.Six Sigma certification is preferable.At least 3 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years in quality system maintenance.Proficiency in English (at least 85%).Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing tools.Excellent computer skills, including statistical software and MS Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
