Overview
TMF Line Manager position requiring at least 4 years of experience working with TMF; line management experience is preferable. Location : Argentina or Mexico.

Responsibilities
- Participates in and directs activities related to department staff operations such as interviewing and selection, professional development, training, performance management, employee counseling and separations.
- Coordinates actions on interviewing and selection, terminations, professional development, performance appraisals and employee counseling.
- Advises staff on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.
- Assigns resources and manages transitions of ongoing studies, processes or workflows.
- Manages compliance with quality and performance standards for direct reports.
- Ensures successful delivery of TMF Operations KPIs for direct reports.
- Monitors staff utilization, reviews timecards and expenses, and ensures training compliance.
- Prepares and participates in audits / inspections to ensure ongoing TMF readiness.
- Designs and / or delivers TMF training in various formats (teleconference, video conference, and in person).
- Leads department and business unit improvement initiatives and coordinates with staffing vendors as applicable.
- Controls access to the Document Control Room per SOPs and WIs and maintains related space as applicable.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
Qualifications
