Responsibilities

Participates in and directs activities related to department staff operations such as interviewing and selection, professional development, training, performance management, employee counseling and separations.

Coordinates actions on interviewing and selection, terminations, professional development, performance appraisals and employee counseling.

Advises staff on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.

Assigns resources and manages transitions of ongoing studies, processes or workflows.

Manages compliance with quality and performance standards for direct reports.

Ensures successful delivery of TMF Operations KPIs for direct reports.

Monitors staff utilization, reviews timecards and expenses, and ensures training compliance.

Prepares and participates in audits / inspections to ensure ongoing TMF readiness.

Designs and / or delivers TMF training in various formats (teleconference, video conference, and in person).

Leads department and business unit improvement initiatives and coordinates with staffing vendors as applicable.

Controls access to the Document Control Room per SOPs and WIs and maintains related space as applicable.

Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience working with TMF; line management experience is preferable.

Location : Argentina or Mexico.

Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
