Marketing Manager (Web Design, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, SEO, Campaigns)

Role Overview :

As our first full-time Marketing Manager, you will :

• Design, build, and manage websites inside HubSpot (CMS)
• Support CRM integration and marketing automations (transitioning to GoHighLevel soon)
• Create and manage email outreach campaigns (HubSpot and GHL)
• Implement SEO strategies (on-page, technical, backlinks, and content support)
• Manage landing page builds, lead capture forms, and automations
• Oversee content publishing (basic blogs, property pages, video uploads)
• Launch, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns
• Help build and manage a growing virtual marketing team over time (social media VAs, copywriters, designers)
