Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Our Escobedo facility plays a key role in our operations, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive engineering excellence and equipment reliability at the site.Position SummaryWe are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager with solid experience in the injection molding industry to lead the engineering and maintenance departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams.Implement continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing practices.Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Coordinate new product launches and APQP activities.Resolve quality issues and provide technical support.Manage capital budgets and investment plans.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (required).

Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in engineering and maintenance.Experience in injection molding processes and equipment maintenance.Knowledge of tooling and mold maintenance.Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, A3).

Advanced English (bilingual – English / Spanish).
