Position Summary

We are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager with solid experience in the injection molding industry to lead the engineering and maintenance departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate new product launches and APQP activities.
• Resolve quality issues and provide technical support.
• Manage capital budgets and investment plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
