Your Role
You’ll serve as the operational backbone and trusted assistant to two founders, ensuring their time, tasks, and communication flow smoothly. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and personal assistance — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision.
You’ll :
Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities
Maintain a personal CRM and strengthen key relationships
Send thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and milestones
Conduct product, vendor, and travel research
Prepare and redesign presentations and documents
Coordinate travel, lodging, and dining reservations
Track goals and serve as an accountability partner
Support ongoing projects that keep founders focused and efficient
