Strategic Finance Operations Leader

Job Title : Sr Record to Report DirectorThe Senior R2R Director is responsible for leading and strategizing departmental operations across Latin America, ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and internal control standards.

This role drives process transformation, operational excellence, and a culture of service and cross-functional collaboration.Main Responsibilities : Oversee financial analysis, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), including risk management and internal controls.Lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma and using GenAI resources.Develop and manage policies, standards, and processes for financial master data and data management.Supervise internal and external audits, identifying risks and implementing control improvements.Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, negotiating agreements and evaluating performance.Lead major projects, including change management, business process modeling, and transition management.Analyze financial statements and key metrics, providing recommendations to executive management.Promote service excellence by defining service levels, value streams, and improvement initiatives.Foster cross-functional collaboration and strategic alliances within and outside the organization.Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax, transfer pricing, and fraud detection frameworks.Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field.10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, business, or related areas.At least 8 years of experience leading organizations.CPA.Open to travel to Latam and US.Bilingual C1.Effective communication.Big four experience in Blue Chip companies.Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, information technology, or a related field.5 years of experience in program management, transition services, or change management.
