Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. As a key advisor to our executive team, you will guide long-term financial planning, modeling, and forecasting.

You will take ownership of all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, from monthly statements to annual reports.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Investment Banking, Private / Growth Equity, and / or Corporate Development / M&A. You should have 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience and be proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Partner with our executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
• Financial Operations : Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Board & Investor Relations : Prepare and present financial reports to our Board of Directors and investors.
