Descripción del trabajo2-4 years of experience in QA (with hands-on testing experience preferred). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with agile QA methodologies. Experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus. Familiarity with API testing and test management / bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Linear). Experience using AI-based QA tools or AI agents to support testing activities. Experience with SaaS or e-commerce platforms. Understanding of performance testing concepts. Key Competencies : Desire to learn and adopt modern QA tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Strong communication skills to communicate findings clearly and concisely. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. mobile testing (iOS and Android)
QA Analyst to join our eCommerce development team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on tester with a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and an interest in modern QA tools, including AI-based solutions. While manual testing experience is essential, familiarity with the fundamentals of automation and mobile testing (iOS and Android) is a strong advantage. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop their QA skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities :
- Execute manual test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Perform extensive exploratory and functional testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Clearly document, track, and communicate bugs and issues using test management tools.
- Work with automation and QA teams to identify suitable test cases for automation.
- Use AI-based QA tools or modern testing solutions to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and adopt best practices, tools, and techniques in QA and software testing.
