Responsible for translating operational and adult learning needs into effective learning solutions. Their main role is to create, update, and manage training content that enables ambassadors to successfully perform their duties, ensuring that the learning is relevant, clear, didactic, and aligned with business objectives. This role acts as a bridge between technical knowledge and learning experience, collaborating with trainers, operational leaders, and other departments to develop materials that address different learning styles and operational contexts.
Design, develop, and manage training content to ensure that ambassadors can perform their roles successfully. Guarantee the relevance, effectiveness, and accuracy of training materials, working closely with the training team and other key areas.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in training or education-related fields (must)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Education, Pedagogy, or related.
- Advanced English Level.
- Articulate 360 / Rise 360 / Storyline or other authoring tools
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Adobe Creative Cloud or other multimedia tools

Administrative Responsibilities
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course assignments and tracking user progress.Periodically audit training materials to ensure their effectiveness, relevance, and accuracy.Instructional Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content in various formats : manuals, presentations, visual aids, videos, online courses, activities, and assessments.Create learning objects tailored to different learning styles and teaching techniques.Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors, and Managers to update or enhance existing materials.Work collaboratively with facilitators, team leaders, and operational agents to ensure the relevance of the content.Organizational Responsibilities
Promptly escalate relevant situations that arise during training to Management or support teams (HR, WF, TA, Facilities).Participate in company projects and initiatives focused on ambassador development.Identify and report behaviors requiring additional follow-up.Attend departmental or organizational meetings and provide timely and supplementary information.Benefits
