Descripción del trabajo_____________________________________________________________________________________________+++ Lead and execute graphic design production across various formats (print, digital, motion graphics). Design and develop SharePoint page templates and components with a focus on accessibility compliance. Create SharePoint page concepts and mock-ups to guide internal development teams. Develop instructional guides for SharePoint templates and components. Design learner badge templates with multiple styles and color schemes; convert into editable PowerPoint formats. Redesign custom assets (e.g., header banners, journey maps) for Articulate Rise course templates. Create an Articulate Rise design style guide to support instructional designers and content developers. Provide interim design support for daily intake requests, including video editing and motion graphics. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Proven expertise in SharePoint design and accessibility standards. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Rise. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines. Experience with instructional design tools and templates is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely. Fluent in English, especially to proof content within marketing material (grammar) A blend of marketing and design capabilities - 80% design, 20% marketing experience Experience in SharePoint, design accessible components in SP Video editing and motion graphic ability Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, but also works well in a team / group setting, can partner with the Onboarding / production designer Ability to concept and design quickly - 1-2 day turnaround (at times same day deliverables) with limited information - ability to craft a v1 concept and revise from there; agile working style. Has a strong marketing / design background and understands the proper flow of a project, but also remains flexible and realistic of how projects progress, change, priorities update, etc. Strong organizational skills and time management, ability to manage WBS and timelines for own workstream. Strong communication skills to thoroughly articulate through a design concept, thought process, recommendations, and execute in ambiguity. Experience working in ADO and understands how to use the tool to track all projects
