About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Mid-Level Data Analyst with strong business systems analysis capabilities to join our growing analytics team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, translating data into insights, and supporting the design and optimization of systems that drive operational and strategic success. You’ll work cross-functionally to gather requirements, define KPIs, deliver analysis, reports, dashboards and support technical implementations that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate is not only analytically strong but also able to understand business processes, engage with stakeholders, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities :

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and self-service reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support forecasting, segmentation, and optimization initiatives
• Support A / B testing and data experimentation efforts across business units
• Present data-driven findings clearly to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
