Business Development Manager - CPG & Food & Beverage Industries Location : Mexico - Remote
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in the dynamic world of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and the food and beverage industry. You will play a critical role in driving market expansion by owning the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to successful onboarding. This role is best suited for professionals who know how to translate operational challenges into compelling business solutions and who can do it all while navigating complex B2B environments with confidence and clarity.
Lead Business Acquisition : Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with mid-size to large organizations in the CPG and food & beverage sectors.
Own the Sales Cycle : Manage end-to-end sales activities—lead generation, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
Data-Driven Strategy : Maintain pipeline performance and sales activity records in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Travel : Travel up to 50% based on business needs for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles, particularly in new client acquisition ("hunter" roles).
Skilled in negotiation, pricing models, and client onboarding processes.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, paired with excellent presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
