Sales Ops Outreach Associate

About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and sales-driven Sales Ops Outreach Associate
to support our lead generation and real estate operations. This is a hybrid role combining Sales Development (SDR / BDR) duties with operational and administrative support .
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in using tools like Google Workspace , spreadsheets, and FollowUpBoss (or other CRMs). Bonus points if you understand the U.S. Single Family Home real estate transaction process .
You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to manage outreach efforts, maintain clean sales pipelines, schedule qualified appointments, and assist with administrative tasks that keep our deals moving forward.
