Cost Match Lead
Tasks and Responsibilities include :
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks related to the Cost Match process, in alignment with internal standards, procedures, and the defined responsibilities for the role
- Provide operational support to team leaders to maintain uninterrupted Cost Match services, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs
- Monitor the P&L for Cost Match teams and ensure optimization of headcount, process efficiency, and cost structures, considering attrition and specific business needs
- Ensure timely implementation and achievement of team and individual goals for the Cost Match area, including talent development and strategic alignment
- Ensure effective management of daily operations in the Cost Match process, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and client requirement
Our requirements :
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or shared services, with a strong understanding of cost verification or reconciliation processes.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a process-driven environment.Higher education in finance / accountancy area and have a background in Accounting Services / Finance.Knowledge of English at min. C1 levelCompleted training in accounting (I, II levels), ACCA, CIMA or similar
