As we continue to expand our portfolio of brands and licenses, we're seeking a passionate and visionary Associate Graphic Designer to support our Pro Standard (MLB, NFL, NBA, & WNBA business). The ideal candidate will work closely with senior directors to bring our brand vision to life, creating compelling graphics and designs that resonate with our target audience. Design and execute graphic elements for both men's and women’s collections, aligning with brand identity and market trends. Graphic Quality Control : Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards. Review art files meticulously and collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated onto physical products.
Handoffs and Tech Packs : Prepare detailed documents outlining technical specifications, including design details, colorways, and placements.
Project Management : Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Design Process Ownership : Support the entire design process from concept to final product, collaborating with international teams and using PLM to ensure consistency. Partner closely with product development, marketing, and licensing teams to create commercially successful designs that uphold brand integrity.
Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of fashion trends, sports culture, and graphic design innovations to keep our collections fresh and relevant.
2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in the apparel or fashion industry, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
~ Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
~ Detail-oriented, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and maintain high quality.
~ Experience with PLM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and InDesign.
~ Passion for sports culture and a creative mindset with a desire to push design boundaries.
