International Human Resources Operations Manager

Descripción del trabajoEnglish as working language is a must, with preference given to those who speak a third language. Experience in international HR operations, preferably with knowledge of human resource systems or project management, is highly valued. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and dispute resolution, is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders are necessary for success in this role.
Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing human resources operations for international employees and Chinese expatriates. This includes cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, and supplier management.
Responsibilities also include designing and implementing compliant HR operation processes in accordance with local regulations and group standards.
Furthermore, the successful applicant will lead overseas HR projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
This position requires maintaining accurate and complete HR system data, supporting overseas module demand analysis and functional testing.
