Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

As a key member of our housekeeping team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of housekeeping functions. This may involve overseeing the cleaning of accommodation areas, public spaces, crew quarters, and pool facilities.

This role provides direct support to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager in ensuring that divisional objectives are met and day-to-day operations in these areas are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the importance of providing exceptional service to ensure complete guest and team satisfaction while providing strong leadership to all team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of 10+ employees
• Manage housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures
• Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and software packages such as Excel, Word, and Company programs (SQM, OCIMS, Fidelio, LGA, Medallia, Kronos)
