As part of its expansion strategy and continuous growth in North America, COFICAB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Legal Counsel to oversee and manage the legal functions within the region. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal guidance, ensuring compliance with regional laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business operations and strategic initiatives

Position objective :

Under the responsibility of the Corporate Legal and the Regional Director, the Regional Legal Counsel, North America will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Coficab's legal interests by providing expert advice across various legal domains, including corporate governance, labor law, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, intellectual property, litigation, and risk management. This position requires a highly analytical and business-savvy legal professional who understands the nuances of the automotive and manufacturing industries. The selected candidate will work closely with the Corporate Legal & Compliance team, the Regional Director, and the Regional and plant executive leadership, business units, and external legal partners to enable business growth while ensuring strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.

To be successful as a key account manager, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided

Key Responsibilities :

1. Corporate Governance

• Performs company secretarial activities (shareholder and Board meeting minutes, POAs, etc.) and keeps accurate records of the company's official documents under the direct supervision of the Group's VP Legal Affairs.
