Salary Range :
Payroll : $32,000 – $36,000 MXN / month + law benefits
Direct Contractor : $38,000 – $45,000 MXN / month net + benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst (NOT a manager) with 4–6 years of experience to optimize pricing, forecasting, and revenue performance across a portfolio of boutique hotels .
You will lead pricing strategy , analyze property performance , and use STAR / STR benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, creating pricing models, and translating insights into actionable rate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Forecasting
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
- Build and maintain pricing models, demand forecasts , and scenario analyses.
- Adjust rates, discounts, and packages based on demand, competition, seasonality, and pacing .
Hotel Performance & Benchmarking
Conduct property performance analysis using KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and booking pace.Perform STAR / STR Reporting and benchmarking against competitive sets.Identify performance gaps and prepare actionable recommendations.Revenue Optimization
Evaluate rate plan effectiveness and profitability across channels.Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and booking patterns.Support long-term revenue strategies and pricing process improvements.System & OTA Management
Update and optimize rates in Cloudbeds (PMS) or similar systems.Manage prices and inventory across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).Prepare revenue performance and pricing reports for leadership.Required Experience
4–6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or hotel financial analysis.Strong knowledge of yield management , pricing structures, and hotel revenue KPIs.Experience with boutique or independent hotels (highly preferred).Ability to calculate rates, margins, and profitability with precision.Experience creating forecasts, pricing models , and performance analyses.
