Position Overview
The Marketing Intelligence Senior Associate plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing decisions. This position combines analytical rigor, market understanding, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of marketing intelligence frameworks, including market segmentation, competitor analysis, and customer behavior modeling.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking systems to monitor key marketing KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, brand awareness, etc.).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance) to align insights with strategic priorities.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
- Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and executive reports.
- Manage and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices in data analysis.
- Collaborate with external agencies and data providers to optimize data quality and research methodologies.
- Stay current with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in marketing analytics, AI-driven insights, and predictive modeling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 6 – 8 years of proven experience in Top Tier consultancies companies or Fintech companiesStrong proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, Python / R preferred).Why Join Us
