Job Description Key Responsibilities

Setting up and customizing IBP modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP to meet specific business needs.

Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall planning efficiency.

Connecting SAP IBP with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA) and third-party applications to ensure a seamless data flow.

Working closely with various departments, including supply chain, finance, and IT, to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful adoption.

Providing technical support to end-users, resolving system issues, and supporting monthly planning cycles and system upgrades.

Managing project deliverables, from initial design and configuration to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules, planning areas, key figures, and configuration.

Expertise in supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Ability to analyze complex business data and translate it into actionable insights and technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and non-technical business users.

Strong ability to identify and resolve issues within the IBP system and related business processes.

Experience with project management methodologies for planning, execution, and delivery of SAP IBP projects.

SAP certification preferred.
