A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About The RoleAs Learning specialist in the TD&Learning section of the global business Centre, you will play a key role collaborating with the Center Of Expertise to create digital and multimedia engaging content that aids in the comprehension, retention and application of information, enhancing the appeal, impact and effectiveness of learning materials.

This could include designing infographics, presentations, e-learning modules, on the job aids, videos, audios, gamification and other educational resources to ensure that all learning materials are consistent with the organization\'s branding and visual standards.

You will ensure that all learning materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the organization\'s branding guidelines; rapidly develop learning content to meet the needs of a competitive global marketplace.

This involves using agile learning design (ADL) and rapid content development (RCD) techniques to prioritize speed, flexibility, and collaboration; create user-centered designs that are intuitive and support learning transfer and application.

Identify and suggest learning opportunities by partnering with stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesDevelop digital learning content (guides, videos, web pages, eLearning, quizzes, gamification, on the job aids and other digital learning solutions) through independent research or by interviewing internal subject matter experts or a combination of both.Help manage and deliver learning content, track learner progress, and facilitate communication in Learning Management Systems (LMS) of My Success (SAP).

Use various authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) to rapidly build engaging digital learning experiences.Manage storyboards, scripts and graphics associated with digital learning content to identify learning opportunities and suggest recommendations to produce impactful learning solutions.Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials (slide decks, learner resources and facilitator guides) based on content provided by the wider Learning team.Present insights of learning materials to evaluate the effectiveness and the learner experience with the solution.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor Degree in Computer System, Informatic, etc.Experience with Learning Management System (LMS).
