Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning discussions to enhance forecast accuracy and ensure product availability across the region.
- Develop and maintain advanced planning models, conducting scenario-based risk analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation in demand planning tools.
- Monitor inventory health, developing mitigation plans for slow-moving or obsolete products.
- Support successful product launches and innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize product availability and reduce stockouts.
- Contribute to performance goals such as forecast accuracy, availability, and obsolescence reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (Master's preferred).2–5+ years of experience in forecasting or demand planning-related roles.Advanced analytical skills and expertise with planning tools and metrics (e.g., % bias, turns, �S).Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have).Supply Chain certification preferred (nice to have).Grow Your Career with Us
