Project Manager - Customer Experience Analyst
The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate strategic projects to deliver seamless, efficient, and memorable experiences for our customers.
As a Project Manager - Customer Experience Analyst, you will act as the vital link between teams, driving key projects and monitoring internal performance. Through project management and operational support, you'll help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights to improve results.
- Provide operational support to Contact Center agents, assisting them with internal processes and tools related to VIVA products.
- Keep communication flowing with status updates, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- Use Agile and Scrum to manage tasks, remove blockers, and keep things moving.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, customer experience, or operations (e-commerce or tech preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate-advance level).
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools.
- Organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with teams.
- Motivation to grow a career in customer experience and project management.
- Fluent in English (Intermediate-Advanced).
