Senior Analyst - Data Center Operations

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring network incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication within the network infrastructure.

We will count on you to

• Monitor, troubleshoot and manage network, security and infrastructure incidents and alerts, ensuring timely response and resolution
• Perform troubleshooting for network issues and escalate to specialized teams when necessary
• Serve as the first line of support, managing incidents and ensuring effective communication until resolution
• Review and manage incidents until they are resolved
