Materials supervisor

Overview

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Responsibilities

• Authorize the departure of materials owned by DANA, as well as maintain their traceability
• Maintain the veracity of inventories of raw material, finished product, spare parts and materials outside the plant.
• Ensure timely transactions of transfer of materials to other areas
• Coordinate the execution of cycle counts of all inventories
• Report inventory closures and discrepancies to Materials Management for review and correction of the result
• Analyze the cardex of each item 4 times per month (Max, Min, PR, SS, Consumption, Lot Min, Min quantity to order)
• Keep a daily report of all receipt discrepancies (Lack of PO, Discrepancy in quantity, description, lack of rereading, etc.)
• Monthly month-end report
