Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and success by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Maintaining and developing partnerships with referral partners, including bankers, CPAs, wealth managers, and attorneys.
- Coordinating personalized follow-ups with partners, including tailored notes, one-pagers / case studies, and relevant resources.
- Managing a touchpoint cadence with partners, including quarterly lunches, event invites, and thoughtful thank-you gifts aligned to partner preferences.
- Tracking intros and outcomes, ensuring next steps are always scheduled.
Key Responsibilities :
Event planning and coordination, including end-to-end management of small, high-touch events and select virtual experiences.Logistics management, including guest lists / RSVPs, seat fills on cancellations, venues / vendors, swag, onsite details, and post-event follow-up.Inbox ownership, including triage and draft replies on behalf of the executive; surfacing priorities 2x / day.Calendar orchestration, keeping the calendar full of the right meetings; protecting focus time; saying 'no' gracefully when needed.Requirements :
3-4+ years of experience in roles spanning partnership / BD coordination, events, and executive support (professional services a plus).Exceptional written English for U.S. business; able to draft concise, executive-voice emails in real-time.Inbox & calendar mastery with strong prioritization and the confidence to push back on unrealistic schedules.Proven success running high-touch events and converting them into meetings and referrals.Bonus Requirements :
Background in B2B / professional services (finance / advisory a plus).Experience crafting one-pagers / case studies and simple email sequences.
