Descripción del trabajoBuild and refine FP&A models, budgets, and forecasts Support transaction analysis (LBO, roll-ups, synergy cases) Analyze large datasets to identify business drivers and performance trends Partner with our team to deliver financial insights for decision making Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience multifamily or commercial real estate experience. Additional Tools : PowerBI, automation software, exposure to underwriting platforms and deal modeling systems. Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation techniques. Exceptional Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills. Highly analytical with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-facing experience preferred.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will support the delivery of high-impact financial insights, participate in transaction due diligence, and work closely with clients across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to take ownership of critical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :
- Have a strong background in investment banking, FP&A, or top consulting (Bain / McKinsey / BCG / Big 4 TS / Deals)
- Be highly skilled in Excel with ability to build, modify, and explain complex financial models (3-statement, LBOs, sensitivities, operating KPIs)
- Work independently, delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs with minimal oversight
- Be comfortable working with large datasets and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior executives and private equity clients
