Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Must have skills in the Salesforce application, including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Flows Lightning experience, Apex coding controllers, batch Apex processes, and database design.
- Experience with Service Cloud.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems (inbound and outbound) using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as leveraging tools like Postman.
- Good understanding of managing Roles and Profiles to ensure security and proper access control.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Administrator certifications, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, or App Builder are a plus.

Solution Implementation
Translate functional and technical specifications into reliable, scalable, and maintainable code.Develop and maintain application modules with a strong focus on performance and quality.Implement software components in alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices.Code Quality & Standards
Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code following established coding standards.Conduct unit testing and support integration and system testing phases.Perform peer code reviews and participate in team code walkthroughs. ITroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with QA and Support teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Senior Developers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.Participate actively in agile ceremonies (e.g., stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Communicate progress, blockers, and risks clearly to the Technical Lead or Project Manager.Stay up‑to‑date with emerging development trends, tools, and practices.Actively contribute to the team’s knowledge base through documentation and knowledge sharing.Seek and respond to feedback from peers and leadership to improve development practices and delivery outcomes.Documentation
Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed components and systems.Ensure knowledge transfer to team members and maintain continuity in distributed or shifting teams.Delivery Commitment
Meet deadlines and delivery commitments as defined in the sprint or project plan.Support deployment and post‑release validation as needed.Security & Compliance
Ensure code complies with security standards and industry‑specific regulations (where applicable).Participate in code scans, security reviews, and implement remediation efforts as needed.Provide technical guidance to junior developers when requested or assigned.Encourage collaborative problem‑solving and promote team accountability.Set up and maintain local development environments.Coordinate with DevOps or infrastructure teams when necessary for CI / CD pipelines or environment‑related issues.Get notified about new Salesforce Developer jobs in Mexico .
