We are seeking an innovative Cloud Engineer I to join our CloudOperations team to help drive the modernization of the Ellucian applications to enable a true SaaSexperience.We are looking for innovators who are passionate about building & creating something new andexciting.

This is a high impact role that requires rich technical experience paired with anentrepreneurial spirit to sculpt Ellucian into a leader in SaaS applications for Higher Education.

You will join a dedicated team onboarding, managing and troubleshooting clients using Ellucian'sIdentity Federation Service.If you get excited about automation & creation and the impact, you can make on shaping the futureof higher education then we should talk!

Where you will make an impactStreamlining client onboarding through automated configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with relevant teams.Identify potential automation opportunities to help streamline team processes.Support the management of enterprise-scale cloud environments delivering SaaS solutions, utilizing ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and tools like ServiceNow.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned specializations.

Publish, improve, and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures.Work well with cross-functional global and remote teams.What You Will Bring1+ years of experience with enterprise scale Linux.1+ years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
