Where you will make an impact
- Streamlining client onboarding through automated configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with relevant teams.
- Identify potential automation opportunities to help streamline team processes.
- Support the management of enterprise-scale cloud environments delivering SaaS solutions, utilizing ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and tools like ServiceNow.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned specializations. Publish, improve, and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures.
- Work well with cross-functional global and remote teams.
What You Will Bring
1+ years of experience with enterprise scale Linux.1+ years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).Experience working with Containers, and Kubernetes.Exceptional problem-solving, decision making and communication abilities.Solid knowledge of AWS platform and its services - including but not limited to : AMIs, Route53, VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, SQS, Cloud Watch.Hands on experience in AWS provisioning of systems, securing of VPC, implementation of Security Groups, Identity and Access Management, Backups, Restore and Disaster RecoveryExperience in an operational support role with after-hours on-call responsibilities.Desired skillsAWS Certification preferred.ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.Experience in Terraform, Python, Lambda, Jenkins, Bitbucket preferredWhat makes #Ellucianlife
