Where you will make an impact

  • Streamlining client onboarding through automated configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Identify potential automation opportunities to help streamline team processes.
  • Support the management of enterprise-scale cloud environments delivering SaaS solutions, utilizing ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and tools like ServiceNow.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned specializations. Publish, improve, and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures.
  • Work well with cross-functional global and remote teams.

What You Will Bring

  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise scale Linux.
  • 1+ years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience working with Containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision making and communication abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS platform and its services - including but not limited to : AMIs, Route53, VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, ELB, SQS, Cloud Watch.
  • Hands on experience in AWS provisioning of systems, securing of VPC, implementation of Security Groups, Identity and Access Management, Backups, Restore and Disaster Recovery
  • Experience in an operational support role with after-hours on-call responsibilities.
  • Desired skills
  • AWS Certification preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
  • Experience in Terraform, Python, Lambda, Jenkins, Bitbucket preferred
