Site Contracts Negotiator II

Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in clinical trials preferred. Proven experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and budgets. Familiarity with clinical research environments, especially in contract / budget negotiations or similar legal document-focused roles. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to complete tasks independently, on time, and efficiently. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Confidence in dealing with external and internal clients. Site Contracts Negotiator II

What you will be doing :
- Review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
- Maintain communication with investigative sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders regarding contract status.
- Prepare and coordinate contractual documents and correspondence.
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
- Act as an internal consultant on study budgets, train and mentor junior staff as needed, and support the full lifecycle of contract and budget development.
- Track progress of site contract agreements and related documents regularly in required systems.
- Proactively identify and raise risks, while also suggesting mitigation plans to establish study milestones and planned site contract timelines.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support timely site start-up for clinical trials, including accurate forecast of contract execution timelines.
- Review site contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensure adherence to department and client requirements, correct documents, and file changes to contracts.
