  • Facilitate ART Performance Reporting : Coach the ART in developing meaningful reporting and status updates for PI progress, risks, impediments, and accomplishments. You'll help them communicate effectively with ART management and stakeholders.
  • Align Feature Delivery : Collaborate and coach the ART on how to effectively work with enterprise Release Management or other relevant functions to ensure alignment and coordination of feature deliveries across the broader organization.
  • Promote SAFe Consistency : Work collaboratively with other ARTs, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), and the broader coaching community to facilitate the consistent implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of SAFe standards and best practices across the organization, adhering to PDO standards where applicable.
  • Coach individual teams within the ART on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices as needed.
  • Help the ART identify, escalate, and remove systemic impediments.
  • Foster a culture of relentless improvement and high performance within the ART.
  • Guide the ART in understanding and utilizing ART-level metrics to measure flow, quality, and value delivery.
  • Champion Lean-Agile mindset and behaviors throughout the ART.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions or workshops tailored to the ART's specific needs.

  • Experience coaching teams utilizing various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) at scale.
  • Highly developed and demonstrated communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) to collaborate effectively with teams, ART leadership, stakeholders, and other coaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
