• Requirements :
• 12+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Familiarity with scalable frameworks and design systems.
• Experience managing a team of designers, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
