We're seeking a skilled UI / Product Designer to bring our product vision to life. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate existing platforms, flows, and concepts into polished, intuitive design mockups.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, strong in visual and interaction design, and comfortable working within established UX patterns and design systems.

Essential Requirements

  • Location : Based in Mexico and authorized to work there.
  • Language : Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Portfolio and Resume : In English, with clear case studies and visuals.
  • Experience : 3–5 years in UI / Product / Visual Design with strong Figma skills.
  • Industry Work : Must show B2C projects in finance, insurance, or retail.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-fidelity designs and user flows in Figma for client-facing implementations.
  • Apply existing UX structures to new client contexts — adapting rather than reinventing.
  • Ensure designs are visually consistent, usable, and aligned with brand and product guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to deliver clear and thoughtful design assets.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system and component library.

    • Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product, UI, or Visual Designer.
  • Strong skills in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and documentation.
  • A solid grasp of visual design fundamentals (typography, color, hierarchy, spacing).
  • Understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them, even if not leading UX strategy.
  • Comfort working within existing UX frameworks or design systems.
